A Little About Myself

I’m not someone who has been always been interested in health and fitness. Far from it, in fact. I’m someone that used to struggle with their weight.

In 2017, I decided I was going to stop yo-yo dieting, stop falling for diet trends and learn how to lose weight and achieve long term, sustainable weight loss.

Over the following 2 years, I lost over 30kg and have kept it off ever since.

“My mission is to help people who are confused and have little idea what they’re doing. I want to help people who are sitting there, spinning their wheels and getting nowhere. I want to help people who think that in order to lose weight they have to do an over-the-top restrictive diet. I want to help people like that because I used to be that person.”
